It has a 1000D outer shell and comes with a removable 400g liner, allowing you felxibility and eliminating the need for another turnout. Horseware has looked at the way nature designed the horse and has produced a rug that works with the way a horses body moves. The Rambo Optimo has been designed to follow the horses movements with the introduction of the articulated pivotal dart. This innovative dart on the Rambo Optimo is positioned in just the right place to allow the horse to move in an exhuberant manner while the front of the rug will move, turn and extend to follow his movement. The back of the rug will sit firmly in position without pulling forward or slipping. In turn this allows the shoulder to be freer, yet maximum coverage is still provided by the rug at all times.

Rambo rugs all feature chest trigger clips that have been fixed on an inward angle to strengthen them and ensure they are fastened the correct way, a PVC coated tail cord which replaces the usual fillet strap making it much easier to keep clean, Stainless steel hardware for strength and no rusting, Quick release surcingle straps which will free should the horse become dangerously caught.
